The Mustang girls basketball program is led by Coach Jeff Sanders, who has been coaching at LHS since 2006. During his tenure as the Mustangs head coach, he has taken the program to 2 Final Fours.
The Mustangs’ goal is striving for excellence not only on the court, but also in building the relationships, skills, and knowledge that will allow them to glorify God on and off the court.
Mustang basketball players work to achieve success at the highest level while competing in a way that reflects our school’s core values: a focus on Christ, love, integrity, perseverance, respect, a servant heart, and being involved.
The LHS program includes our competitive season in the winter (October -March), a strength and conditioning program during our Innovation Lab period of the school day, and weight room and speed and agility work during the summer.
