TUITION

Tuition rates are set with family budgets in mind and are among the most competitive in the area. Below are the tuition rates for the 2019-2020 school year.  There will be no raise in tuition for the 2019-2020 school year. Tuition may be paid in one, two, or 12 month installments.

General Tuition:   $10,950 per year. (Includes textbooks and iPad)

2019-20 Tuition Information

There is a $700 discount for the second (or greater) family member.

*Families who are members at one of the six LCMS Association Churches receive a discount in tuition. Those churches are:

Concordia Lutheran

Crown of Life

Messiah Lutheran

Mount Calvary

Redeemer Lutheran

Shepherd of the Hills

Lutheran High understands the sacrifice and commitment families make to give their children an excellent education rooted in a Lutheran faith.

Lutheran High School offers financial aid to make our school affordable to families. Please follow the guidelines listed below for new and returning students looking for financial aid.

Lutheran High School has three deadlines in awarding financial aid.

April 1st 2019: 50 percent of our available funds will be awarded.

June 1st 2019: 30 percent our available funds will be awarded.

July 15th 2019:  Final 20 percent our available funds will be awarded.

*Applications must be finished before the deadline to be considered.

Students who join the Mustang family after the deadlines will be able to apply for financial aid.

Steps for financial aid

  1. Submit an application on FACTS and pay the $27
  2. Make sure the application is complete and submit all forms (W-2, form 1040, schedule C and E, and form 4682)

After Application is Complete

  1. FACTS reviews your application and documents submitted. The system then makes a recommendation based on your answers of how much financial aid should be awarded.
  2. Lutheran High School’s financial aid committee then reviews all documentation and FACTS recommendation.
  3. After the application is reviewed, a financial aid letter will be sent out notifying you of the amount awarded.
  4. Review your financial aid letter. Sign and return to the business office, financial aid is not awarded until the financial aid letter has been signed and returned.

Additional Information

  1. Volunteer hours are required for all those who receive aid. The number of hours are based off the aid awarded and will be detailed in the financial aid letter.
  2. Financial aid is not supposed to cover all fees that will occur over the school year. If a situation arises please contact the business office and we would be happy to help you out in any way we are able to help.
  3. Applicants will not be awarded aid if:
    1. An outstanding tuition account balance remains due for the prior school year
    2. Outstanding volunteer hours remain from the prior school year

 

Financial aid review is confidential and detailed. Financial aid committee uses multiple factors to determine award amount.  Financial aid applications must be submitted every year.
