Mike Becker

My name is Mike Becker and I am in my in my 26th year of teaching in Lutheran high schools, 14 of those years here at Lutheran High School of San Antonio. Over the years, I have taught physics, chemistry, and most of the levels of math that are taught in high school. I have also coached track, cross country, baseball, softball, tennis, and volleyball. My duties also include being the yearbook advisor.

I am a graduate of Concordia University in Chicago. My graduate classes have included classes in curriculum, instruction, technology, and chemistry.

I have been married for 23 years and have a son and daughter in college. With no direct family nearby, vacations are often spent traveling “up north” or to Florida. While here at home, I enjoy the year-round opportunities to spend time in the great outdoors of Texas..
