Linda Roese

My name is Linda Roese and I have been at Lutheran High School since April 2005. I serve as the Administrative Assistant for the school. My job includes maintaining the student data base & records and the master calendar, preparing reports and school mailings, publishing Hoofbeats (our monthly newsletter) and advertising events to the churches and schools.

I am a graduate of Eastern Illinois University (Tony Romo’s alma mater!) with a B.S. in Education. After graduation, I taught 3rd grade for four years at Redeemer Lutheran School here in San Antonio. I have also worked for automobile dealers, in retail and banking.

I was born in Michigan and grew up in an Air Force family so I went to 10 different schools in 12 years, including 1 year in Iceland. I enjoy being near my family in San Antonio, but I miss the change of seasons, especially fall.

When I’m not at school I enjoy singing in the choir at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and also serve there on the Altar Guild. Other pastimes I enjoy include walking, gardening, sewing and reading.
