Jeff Sanders

My name is Jeff Sanders and I am in my fourteenth full year as a Lutheran educator. I spent 11 ½ years at my alma mater Lutheran High School South in St. Louis, Missouri and I am in my third year at Lutheran. I earned my bachelors degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and have a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Webster University in St. Louis. I have taught in the English department and continue to teach in the Social Studies field. I work with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as coaching football and girls’ basketball. I am also the Athletic Director.

I greatly appreciate the strong Christian core that binds our staff as well as the Christian community of Lutheran High together. It is a great atmosphere and it has considerable excitement looking forward towards the future that God has planned for us at Lutheran High.

I was born and raised in St. Louis and I am very proud of that. I root for all of my native teams in St. Louis. I also have enjoyed my time in Texas and enjoy the differences. I have a wonderful wife, Amy. We have been married since the summer of 2002. We have 3 daughters, 5, 3 and 4 months. I enjoy spending time with the family, reading, watching sports and fishing.
