Fundraising for LHS

Goodsearch.com is a search engine just like Google, Yahoo or Ask Jeeves, except every time you use it to shop or find a website, money is donated to the non-profit organization of your choice. To use Goodsearch.com, simply visit the site and enter the name of the school (Lutheran High School of San Antonio) in the box that says, "Who do you Goodsearch for," and "enter your charity here..." After clicking the "Verify" button, you're ready to begin donating to the Lutheran High School cause. Simply search for what you're looking for, and a penny is immediately added to a bank account in Lutheran High School's name. You can also put these banners and buttons on your blog, in your e-mails or on your website. It may be pennies, but it all adds up to supporting LHS.

Goodsearch also has a shop option, which allows you to buy products from websites you usually visit, and still have money donated to the school. Some websites supporting this feature are: eBay, iTunes, The Apple Store, Best Buy, Sears, The Home Depot, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Land's End, and Nike. You can even use your scrip cards to buy these products and give double the money to the school.

Target

Use your Target VISA or Target Card and you can help our school. LHS will receive a percentage of the amount of each credit card purchase in the form of a cash donation from Target Charge of Education program. It’s easy. Just visit www.target.com/tcoe or call (800) 316-6142 to designate LHS as your school. Then, with each purchase using your Target VISA or Target Card, LHS receives financial support.

Office Depot

LHS will earn credits equal to five percent of your qualifying Office Depot purchases to use for free school supplies. You can earn store credit for LHS every time you shop at Office Depot. Just provide our school ID# 70121048 at the time of each purchase. For details, visit www.officedepot.com and click on the 5% Back to Schools Program link under the Specials menu item located at the bottom of the home page.

Cell Phones and Ink Cartridges

The Lutheran High School baseball team is again collecting old cell phones and used ink cartridges for environmentally safe disposal and fundraising. We can receive up to $300 for each cell phone and up to $5.00 for each ink jet cartridge.
