Fall Sports Practice and Required Forms

Fall sports practice begins Monday, August 1st! An early warning that ALL FORMS must be in prior to practicing. This includes the Physical (examination and History), Transportation form, the TAPPS form (acknowledgment of rules), Transfer forms, Foreign Exchange/Foreign Student form, Code of Conduct form, etc.
Please keep in mind Physical Exams get tougher to schedule as the summer drags on, because the tendency is for everyone to try and schedule their physical right before school. You WILL NOT practice without all necessary forms.
