Registration Begins
Thursday, January 31, 2008
New Student applications
and
Returning Student Applications will be
accepted at the High School office between 7:30 AM and
4:00 PM (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Summer Hours), Monday
through Friday. Applications may also be mailed to the
school address: 18104 Babcock Road, San Antonio, Texas
78255.
Registration Procedures
To register for the 2008-2009 school year, students must
submit their application packets to the school office.
An application packet consists of:
V A
completed application form signed
by the student and a parent or guardian
V The
appropriate registration fee
V A
copy of the student’s most recent grade report
V Immunization
Record
V A
copy of the student’s Social Security Card
Enrollment will not be confirmed until LHS has received
two reference forms, and the student and a parent or
guardian have interviewed with the Principal or his
representative.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable** registration fee is required at the
time of application. The fee includes testing fees
(with the exception of Admissions/Placement Test, PSAT
and SAT fees), textbook fee, technology use/upgrade fee,
student planner and locker fee.
The 2008-2009 Registration Fee is:
V $500
until April 1st
V $600
after April 1st
Payment of the registration fee secures a student's
place on the registration list. Final acceptance
for enrollment is dependent upon evaluation of student
performance, admission/placement testing and references.
**The registration fee is refundable
only
in the event Lutheran High School is unable to enroll
the student.
A copy of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
[FERPA] is available in the school office.
