Government

Foundations of our national, state, and local
governments will be explored in this course. An
overview of alternative systems of government will also
be included. A special focus will be placed on the
citizen's involvement in politics.

Government Honors
1 credit
In
addition to the elements of Government, this course
covers the opinions of historians as they look back on
events that helped to form our government. A more
in-depth study of the workings of the national
government will also be included.
Prerequisite: 00% in previous Social Studies
course and departmental approval.
